CompleteIT Support Plan - Introduction
Offering Support Services and maintenance plans are our specialty. We can
custom tailor a support plan that fits in well with your budget, and provide
total piece of mind that ALL IT issues are taken care of. We call this our
COMPLETEIT Support Package.
Our CompleteIT support plans offer a range of services at a discounted rate,
based on the size of your network. A technician will visit your offices on a
regular basis (usually weekly or fortnightly) to perform regular maintenance
tasks such as updating security patches, checking server logs and other routine
tasks. During this visit, any minor issues that have cropped up will be
resolved. This regular visit allows minor problems to be dealt with efficiently
and cost effectively. Also included in the CompleteIT Support plan is a regular
strategic IT review, where one of our account managers will meet with your
management team to discuss your current and future strategic IT direction and
requirements. We will also report on the status of your IT environment, and help
you to plan for your future needs.
Working With You
By signing up for a CompleteIT Support Plan, we can take responsibility for ALL
your IT requirements. Any faults in the network can be resolved. We can also
include services such as adding or moving users, changing passwords, or setting
up equipment. Determining what is included and what isn't is completely up to
you - let us know what you would like us to include in CompleteIT Support, and
we will tailor a package to your requirements.
Obviously it is in our best interest to make sure there are as few faults as
possible, which of course results in a reliable and stable network environment
for your staff.
Support Overview
The CompleteIT Support plan will provide you with;

unlimited Technical Support for all items listed in the CompleteIT Support
Agreement
- quarterly fee based on the amount of support hours purchased

significant discounts on all our service fees and products supplied

access to 24x7 Emergency Support
- a regular maintenance and IT management schedule

a single point of contact within CTech to work on your network

the ability to check your work order history and work order status online.
In order for you to qualify for a CompleteIT Support plan, CTech will need to;
distribute a "network satisfaction" survey to your staff, and collect the
results
perform an audit of your network, documenting its configuration into our
database
set up remote access services allowing us to administer your network from our
offices
Additionally, if your network is currently in a bit of a mess, we will need to
first "stabilize" it - this means any Internet connection, Email systems and
security / backup issues need to be examined or addressed before we can begin
Gold Support.
